Salon Policies

 Effective Date: January 3, 2026

These policies apply to all services, packages, and memberships booked with Blow Polish Co. Beauty Bar & Spa. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Booking Deposits

To reserve your appointment, a 30% booking deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due at checkout following service completion.

  • A valid payment method must be kept on file to secure all appointments.

By booking, you authorize Blow Polish Co. to charge the payment method on file in accordance with these policies.

Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Notice Required)

We understand plans change and respectfully require at least 24 hours’ Notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance:

  • Your booking deposit will be refunded in full to the original form of payment.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment:

  • The booking deposit is fully forfeited.

Same-day cancellations:

  • The booking deposit is fully forfeited.

This policy allows us to protect reserved appointment time and fairly compensate our service providers.

No-Show Policy:

A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment or arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

  • No-shows result in full forfeiture of the booking deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments or limit booking access.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in:

  • A shortened service to remain on schedule, or rescheduling of the appointment, which will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • If the service cannot be completed due to late arrival, the booking deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds & Service Satisfaction

Due to the nature of our services and the reservation of time and resources:

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

  • We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. This will allow us to review your concern and, if appropriate, provide an adjustment.

  • Concerns reported more than 24 hours ago may not be eligible for review.

  • Retail items (if applicable) may be returned unused and unopened within 7 days with proof of purchase. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Packages & Prepaid Services

From time to time, Blow Polish Co. may offer prepaid packages or service bundles.

  • Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Packages must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

  • Missed package appointments may be treated as no-shows and deducted accordingly.

Membership Payments (When Applicable)

Memberships provide recurring access to services and exclusive benefits.

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable once charged.

  • Membership benefits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

  • Membership services are subject to the same booking, deposit, cancellation, and no-show policies outlined above.

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time and will remain active through the current billing cycle.

Full membership terms will be provided at enrollment.

Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention

For the protection of our guests and our business:

  • A valid card on file is required for all bookings.

  • Identification may be requested for high-value services.

  • Third-party payments may be declined when fraud risk is identified.

Guest Conduct & Service Eligibility

At Blow Polish Co., we are committed to providing a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for every guest and team member.

To support a positive experience for all, services may be declined, modified, or discontinued if concerns arise regarding safety, health contraindications, hygiene standards, disruptive behavior, or policy violations.

We kindly ask all guests to engage with our team and fellow guests courteously and respectfully. If behavior becomes inappropriate, aggressive, or threatening, we reserve the right to pause or end the service and, when necessary, limit future access to bookings. Appointments impacted in this way may be considered fulfilled due to reserved time and provider availability, and refunds will not be issued.

Policy Acceptance

Booking an appointment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these payment and booking policies. Policies are subject to change, and the most current version will always be available on our website.
